Do I need an Internet connection?

You do not need an internet connection at a property to create and complete a report. However, if you have booked an appointment(s) on our website then you will need an internet connection to download today's appointments on to your device. You will need an internet connection to edit or sync your report back to our website.

Can the reports be branded?

Yes, all our plans include your company logo, branding colour, disclaimers etc.

Can I edit the reports?

Yes, reports can be edited at no extra cost.

Can I add photos from another device?

Yes. Simply download and save photos onto your PC or laptop. Then upload photos using the Add photos tab in the Your reports section.

What type of device do I need to use the app?

Our software works on both Apple iPads and Android devices (Requires 4.4 and up). For the best experience, we recommend using one of the latest Apple iPad models or, for Android, we recommend Samsung Galaxy S2 or S3 tablets. We do not recommend cheaper / budget Android tablets, especially if you will be taking large numbers of photos to produce in depth reports.
