KPR is looking for a Software Sales Manager to join their leading Proptech company. They currently have reports carried out on more than 400,000 properties and you'll get to play a part in changing the property reporting industry world as we currently know it.
A Software Sales Executive at KPR requires identifying hot and cold leads. This role may require cold calling, conducting web demos of the property inspection software via phone, or in person, and you will take full ownership of the sales cycle. This is both a phone-based and field sales role; you should be comfortable with both. You’ll be a driven salesperson who is passionate and dedicated, competitive in nature and will stop at nothing to exceed your targets. There will be exhibitions to present our brand, and regional meetings, at which will require you to speak to an audience, demonstrating why we are a ARLA PropertyMark Industry Supplier.>
YOUR Day-to-day responsibilities
Manage a small sales team
Cold prospecting via phone and walk into offices
Meet with existing clients
Conduct over-the-phone product demonstrations
Engage with the development team, by sharing ideas and feedback
Work with our marketing team with promotions / new sales opportunities
Prepare quotes for qualified prospects
Respond to and qualify inbound and marketing generated leads
Track phone calls, emails, and update our CRM
Prioritise and organise the sales pipeline for maximum efficiency, daily
Learn about our product and updates, ensuring expert knowledge of all the features and benefits
Research our competitors and keep abreast of the industry, to sharpen your KPR pitch
Provide weekly updates and monthly reports to company CEO
Read up on the latest property news, to fully understand the market
Preparing quotes to respond to inbound and marketing generated leads
ALL ABOUT YOU
Must have 2+ years sales experience (must be confident with sales pitches and closing a deal, so good negotiation skills is a must)
Must have knowledge of the property industry
Must be confident using KPR software
Exceptional communication skills, spelling, and grammar
Must be highly organised, with the ability to multitask, prioritise time, whilst maintaining attention to detail
Be target driven, as delivering results is essential
B2B marketing required for many of the clients, so you must be able to present yourself and the company well to an audience, whether it be one person, or a boardroom
Must be able to cope under pressure with a professional attitude
Must be passionate about sales, software, and mobile technology. You’re excited and curious about new technologies in general. We’ll challenge you on this
Must have a cheery disposition and a ‘can-do’ attitude
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Must be proficient in Google / Apple Apps and CRM tools
Proven to apply good team skills, with a positive attitude

Office based in Burnham on Sea Somerset
Will also be field based at times

Key Tasks
Software development
Work to specific designs/applications as directed to achieve high standard applications as required for each project
Ensure data & coding is accurately stored
Maintain in-house databases of software developments
Comment all code to aid the understanding of other developers within the company
Research and continually improve on understanding of software development, coding techniques, security and all other related aspects of software development
Adminstration
Ensure that relevant files are maintained with quality information and constantly updated with all relevant information
Ensure that all client records are kept up to date at all times and that everyone necessary is kept informed
Security
Work to secure coding practices and design security into all development work
Ensure that confidential data, handled during the course of projects or business as usual activities, is handled according to its correct data classification to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data is maintained to that classification
Follow all best practice and business processes / policies
